Orders will be picked up by the coach for distribution, usually 2.5-3 weeks AFTER THE CLOSE DATE of the store. Orders cannot be placed after the deadline without a Late Fee.

If you do not receive a confirmation email...your order DID NOT go through.

IF you order parent versions of the sublimated jerseys, it is usually 2-5, weeks before they come to us.

Explanations for substitutions, back orders, etc. will be noted on your packing slip.

DEFECTIVE items must be handled within 10 days of pick up by the coach. All sales are final unless merchandise is defective or we have made a mistake.
